unfortunate experience in this store . The 2 staff were far from friendly or helpful… and when we asked for bubble wrap they rolled their eyes and insisted that the thin tissue paper was enough to protect our ceramic pieces.. I asked for more tissue but they ignored us. when we returned to the hotel…the Pumo was broken …We are writing to them to see how they can help us .. we will update you on that reply….

Negozio Carella a Ostuni: semplicemente meraviglioso! Situato nel cuore del centro storico, è gestito da persone che amano davvero il loro lavoro e lo fanno con passione e dedizione.

Sono stato lì due volte per scegliere un Pumo, perché ero indeciso sul colore… e devo dire che ho trovato una pazienza e una professionalità rare. Nessuna pressione, nessuno cerca di venderti qualcosa per forza: ti lasciano scegliere con tranquillità.

La vera sorpresa è arrivata alla cassa: abbiamo incontrato Angelo, il titolare, una persona speciale. Ci ha spiegato tutto sulla lavorazione artigianale dei Pumi e ci ha persino mostrato dei video di come vengono realizzati a mano. Davvero emozionante!

Il prodotto è stupendo, e per chi non può andare di persona c’è anche il negozio online. Spediscono ovunque: io abito a Milano e il pacco è arrivato perfetto, imballato in modo super sicuro con due scatole e materiale antiurto.

Grazie di cuore, Angelo! Il nostro Pumo è bellissimo, speriamo ci porti tanta fortuna… ed è già un pezzettino di Puglia nella nostra casina ❤️

We received a beautiful lamp in England from Carella, Italy, very carefully packaged (I was worried shipping a ceramic lamp overseas, but I needn’t have been!). The support from Marco has been truly excellent and we are so pleased with the lamp which brings back fabulous memories of our trip to Puglia. A great company to deal with and superb products!
