“Avoid Raro Villas at all costs if you’re looking for a professional and reliable real estate agency. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare:

1. Complete lack of professionalism: This agency seems to have no idea what it means to be professional. They have demonstrated incompetence in every aspect of their work.
2. Non-existent property visits: Over a year of collaboration, they arranged only two property visits for me, which shows their total disinterest in my mandate.
3. Unjustified penalty: When I expressed my desire to terminate the contract, they were audacious enough to demand a penalty without even explaining the reason. It’s simply scandalous.
4. Misleading photos and descriptions: The photos posted in their listings were amateurishly taken, and the descriptions were full of exaggerations and falsehoods. Not only is this unethical, but it’s also deceptive.
5. Utter indifference: Nobody in this agency seemed interested in addressing issues or providing decent service. I tried in vain to speak with the owner, but it was impossible.
6. Don’t trust the owner’s words, Luigi Fusco: It’s crucial not to place any trust in the words of the owner, Luigi Fusco. He should seriously consider a career change.

Furthermore, it’s important to emphasize that my experience with Raro Villas cost me a whole year. An entire year was wasted due to their inefficiency and lack of commitment to promoting my property. This was a genuine waste of time and resources, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid finding themselves in the same situation.” .”

What an absolutely amazing experience we have had with Raro Villas… right from booking, through to staying and even afterwards!! Unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night!! It was fantastic. We booked Palazzo Dimora Dell’Osanna in Sep 2024 booking the whole place as we were a family of 9 adults. The rooms are FANTASTIC!! We were spoilt for choice… so clean and beautiful, full of character. The whole venue is amazing. We would have loved to have stayed longer as we literally couldn’t find any faults with the whole place. Tamara was absolutely brilliant right from when we booked, helping with reservations/advice (restaurants, coffee shops, accessibility, taxis, etc). Honestly, she couldn’t have been more helpful. We even spoke a few times on the phone before we came. When we were at the villa and couldn’t find anywhere open for coffee, she answered my WhatsApps within minutes and recommended a fantastic coffee/ice cream shop. She continued to go above and beyond where even 3 days after our stay, when we were in a different part of Italy, I contacted Tamara with very short notice for two minibus taxis and she managed to sort them for me! We weren’t even clients by then but no request was too much for her. Thank you so much, Tamara, you’re a real credit to Raro and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again x

We stayed at Trullo Strangio. House was beautiful and clean, so 2 stars instead of 1. Annoying were the extra costs that were appointed somewhere but not very clear. 100 euros if you want to check out 1 hour earlier than indicated. 200 euros for compulsory damage insurance. 200 euro for 5 days I find a lot but I would understand this if it is for broken crockery or damage, but this also applied to all devices present. Everything is well checked at check-out, even the pool cleaning robot that we had to use every day at their request. When I got home I was still bothered about a coffee machine that would be broken but I had to explain how it works. Fact that you are used as a customer to renew the entire inventory is not ok. Moreover, you do not feel very welcome in this way, I'm not on vacation to destroy things. I had to sign more forms than if I had bought the place. Luxury means you don't have to worry about things like this. For that reason I will never book with Raro Villas again.
