If I hadn't read the ratings of others tourists before, I would have been too skeptical to leave our luggage there because it looks like a tacky souvenir shop, but everything worked out just perfect. The staff was nice and we didn't have to wait at all, neither at the drop-off nor at the pickup. It's basically across the street of Termini, 20 meters down into a side street, so perfect location. I have left my suitcase there for a few hours and I also left my suitcase there for 7 days. The experience was excellent.
