Matteo and his team not only provided impeccable service as every realtor should (knowledge of the market, professionality and approachability) but moreover Matteo seemed to know what his clients’ preferences, tastes and needs were. Thus, when we sold this year, we never doubted for a minute that “Liguria homes” was the place to go. I was only looking for small holiday flat in Sanremo and had come across a beautiful building with what I thought the ideal pied a terre. However, in the buying process all that could go wrong did go wrong. From an owner who sold a fully furnished flat, then took out anything that was movable and the agency unable to negotiate or do anything about it to failing to connect electricity for 7 days running. I am still in the dark. Literally! Matteo blames the vendor or the electricity company but is unable to right this wrong, All in all a very disappointing , rude and unprofessional service that leaves a sour taste . Not to be...

Matteo was amazing when we first got in contact with him and his agency. He has been equally helpful and informative all through the process. We expected the process itself to be difficult but Matteo went out of his way to ensure that we understood every step and detail.
