Short version: they wasted my time and still owe me almost 300,000 yen, which they claim they might hold for 2 - 3 weeks.
Long version: Went to return a few small items from a much larger order. They told me I would receive a refund of almost 3,000 yen within the next few days. I signed a piece of paper saying something to that effect. I thought it had gone quite smoothly, until about 30 min later when I got a notification on my phone that I had been charged almost 300,000 yen, almost the same amount as the initial order.
Upon returning to notify them of the mistake, they told me I will receive a refund of the original amount within 2 - 3 weeks. Despite agreeing with me that this is unreasonable, they insist there is nothing they can do.

they have the restaurant area on the 2nd floor and to-go on the 1st floor. even though it's small, they have a bit of everything - although how they placed each section is a bit difficult to understand.
my advice: if you're looking for a certain item, you can search it up on the ikea website or the machine provided in the store. if that item is indeed available in the harajuku store, just ask the staff for the...
