SERVICE: Great service! I appreciate the way that they respect their customers, with the way that they do not push for you to buy unnecessary products as how most of the other saloons would. To me, this is quite rare as I always get pressured to buy products every time I visit a saloon. I even came into this session, fully prepared to decline any offers that they might ask me to take. But they didn’t even do that. Instead, they created an environment that is extremely calm and relaxing and trust that I know what I want.

RESULTS: Did not turn out how I wanted it to. I asked for bangs and a lot of layers, emphasize on the layers because I have fine hair and I need volume. I also told them something low maintenance that I don't have to style everyday. But they skipped the layering part, and the bangs are uneven. I left the saloon thinking that I got what I want, only to realise that I only thought that because they styled my hair how I want them. But after 1-2 days, and my hair falls back naturally, I realised it's not at all what I asked for. I didn't realise that I did not have layers when I left the saloon because they styled my hair to look like I have layers. It's devastating because my anniversary is coming up soon, and I can't pay for more haircuts to get it fixed.

To be fair, I think because the junior hair stylist doesn't speak English, so perhaps some things were lost in translation. So I'm remaining the ratings at 5 stars for the benefit of the doubt, as I'm hopeful that this is just a...

Honestly, this was the worst decision I’ve made when it comes to my hair. My hair used to be in good condition! now, every time I look in the mirror, I feel nothing but disappointment and zero confidence. I feel like crying!

There is nothing that can compensated! Hair is like one of women’s most important thing. I genuinely wish I had done nothing instead.
