Where I come from we have a saying "The customer is always right". This place their saying must be " The customer is about to leave with their own property, surround him with security and close the front door" I asked for a simple screen replacement, when I went to pick up my phone the lady hands me my phone to give me a chance to delete whatever I didn't want them to see. I'm scrolling through my phone and it's working fine so I tell her " the phone works I would just like to leave now.... I dont need you to do anything else, thanks for the replacement" she firmly tells me she needs my password to unlock my screen so they can make a backup and reboot my phone. Keep in mind her request is for my phone to head back to the repair shop to give somebody I don't know full access to everything in my phone because they have the password. I again say I dont need a warranty, i dont care I just want to leave with MY PHONE, that I have already paid to be fixed.... she says you won't leave until we finish or quality control process. I grab my phone off the counter and put it in my pocket. CODE RED, CODE RED, next thing I know I'm surrounded by security like a criminal robbing a jewelry store. I place MY phone BACK on the counter and back away with my hands in the air. They lady at the counter grabs MY PHONE and takes off into the back area threatening to delete the whole thing so they can quality control the new screen. It took about 30 minutes of me telling them they would never get my password and I was allowed to finally leave with my property. Imagine a place that villifies their customers for wanting to leave with their own property.... perhaps they have an information stealing crime ring going on in the back..... who knows but never give your phone password to ANYBODY YOU DONT KNOW, AND NEVER GO...

The fan and the motherboard have to be replaced, and parts wont be arriving until next week. The refrigerator won't cool or freeze unless it is restarted (by plugging and unplugging) every 4 to 5 hours.
