One of the best Turkish Supermarkets in the area with fresh fruit, daily bread and a great butcher inside. If you have a taste for Eastern European, Mediterranean and Middle eastern cuisine, then this is the shop to find. First of all the quality of their food is over the long term very stable and very good. Their prices are reasonable for the most part. They have a range of Turkish prepared meats like the old school sausages, hotdogs, salamis, including Turkish cheeses, and many more imported meats, butters and cheeses. They have sometimes more than 10 brands of feta cheese, which is pretty unique. As far as I know they have a weekly sale of various products which is always nice. The quality of their fresh meat is compared to butchers in the area pretty good and if you have a special order, just ask the butcher. If you are a student, they have ramen, frozen burgers, and buns. The fruit and vegetable aisle is so good and extensive that I do not see a need to visit the Big Markt at Blaak. If you love BBQ, they have all the equipment you need. Cleaning and simple household products are available too. The staff is very friendly, so do not be deceived by appearances. They have shown their dedication over time to their customers. If you save your receipt, then returning an item is absolutely no problem.

Ypu may be poisoned by discounted chicken they sell, or you may get a bag of moldy inedible carrots for 1 euro. You have to be always careful for the food you get from them. Even frozen food may have ice particles that shows that cold chain is broken and frozen food melted and freezed again.
