H&M — Local services in North Island

Visited this store last week. This store has many problem which management should look into asap. When me and my partner entered the store , we were surprised to see no staff on the floor to help. We were looking for staff for almost 30 mins. And when we found one girl working in kids section she didn’t even bothered to say Hi or acknowledge what we were asking her. Sizes were missing and no staff on floor. It’s shame that company doesn’t bother about customer at all. Store manager should resign asap if she /he can’t manage the store or put proper number of staff on floor who are trained to help customer or atleast smile when they see staff. No wonders the store was empty and the quality of clothes is just like below average just like their...

You can get some reasonable items, but in the past year or two it's more becoming equivalent to The Warehouse/Kmart in male clothing.

One was of the t-shirts and most will shrink, collars become wrinkly (on crew necks etc), and will rise up. Fabric becomes ridiculously stiff post wash and uncomfortable, even with fabric softener. Shorts tend to now all end halfway down the knee, or ride up way too high. Polos are horrible, doing the same thing as the normal t-shirts.

Better to spend an extra $5 at Hallensteins etc on items that'll last a bit longer, or even an extra $10 at Farmers.

Otherwise, absolutely fine to buy clothes you don't want to wash or wear...

Clean well organised store. There was no customer service and I wasn't even greeted by any of the staff standing around chatting. Unfortunately the prices were high and the quality of some of the stock very poor! For example, young girls dresses unravelled and threads hanging off. Apparently there is an upstairs part to the store, I didn't see any indication of this and was completely unaware until I talked about the store with another person. Definitely wouldn't go...
