Liquid Laundromat Whakatane — Local services in North Island

I've used Liquid laundromats in my travels around NZ, and this has to be the worst so far. I found the best smelling washing machine, and the CLEANEST dryer. I then spent half my washing time scraping two baked chunks of chewing gum (plus assorted bits of other crap) out of that dryer before using it...GUM, NOT PLASTIC.. Question is:- If I can waste my time scraping crap out of the dryer, why can't the owners scrape ALL OF THEIR DRYERS? They're all pretty cruddy! Appears to be poor and lazy maintenance of their equipment at this branch. Are you doing your customers a favour being here? I THINK IT'S SUPPOSED TO WORK THE OTHER WAY AROUND! Step up your regular cleaning and maintenance and give better service! Only reason I used your laundromat is because I have a card, and other Liquid outlets have been CLEAN! Yours is not! I probably won't be back!

Got here, spent $30 on 3 big washes for them to turn the machines off and say they’ve run out of water even though the clothes were wet and soapy. There was a sign that said “ washing machine out of order” and the lady who worked there said well there’s a sign that says out of order. Which we explained it says the 1 machine was out of order and we told her to amend the sign. we got our money back on the card but then we has to drive 1 1/2 hours to Rotorua to the liquid there so we could wash our now sopping wet washing. if you dont have water then close the shop! or make sure your signs are clear and correct

Pretty much hory central, so have to hide my wallet and phone lol. Lint not cleaned out of dryers so constantly dirty. Rubbish can sometimes be seen in dryers. Dryers also look like they are rusting. The laundry mat itself is small. Parking is pretty busy and difficult. so have to walk with full laundry basket down the road. Payment options are limited, no coins.
