The spa staff hang all sorts of clothing , underwear and spa towels as seen in photo near the huge drain behind the spa. Very dirty and unsightly. Absolute eyesore. As a customer, I am utterly disgusted by such hygiene standards of the spa. Please treat your personal and customer use laundry with proper hygiene standards. Now, we are not even sure if customer use stuff and the staff underwear and undergarments are all washed together. Super poor...
