I had a great experience at the Renova today. I booked my time via telephone call. At first the lady who answered, couldn’t speak English so good, but she gave the call to her colleague and we could talk all the details with her.

The staff was friendly and professional, and they listened to what I wished for. They use Kevin Murphy products!

Monica did a fantastic job with my hair coloring and cutting my bangs. I love how my hair looks now, it's shiny and healthy 🥰

The salon is nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great (you can park at Rosa free parking lot). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality service at a reasonable price. They also do pedicure and manicure there.

I have been looking for a good hairdresser for a long time, I wrote to her on Instagram and told her what I wanted. She answered me very quickly and competently. I went directly to the salon to make an appointment, where they did a test on my hair beforehand and bleached one strand. I got an appointment two days later. I received a very warm welcome and my wishes were implemented more than expected. I am more than happy with the result. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews, as this salon is absolutely competent. The staff is very friendly and very customer-oriented.

I suffered with a broken nail on my first day of my holiday. My hotel recommended Renova in the Rosa Center and I have to say I have never had such care and attention, I decided to have a full set and I am incredibly happy so much that next time we visit Hard Rock Hotel (we are regular visitors this was our 7th time) I will have my nails done on arrival. Nail technician was Da'marys and she is a perfectionist, my nails have never looked so good.
