Although the UK isn't famed for its gastronomy, us Brits do have a few offerings that the rest of Europe might enjoy. Take the humble crumpet for example, there's no better feeling waking up on a chilly catalan morning and warming the cockles with a cup of Yorkshire tea and some lightly toasted crumpets, served with lashings of butter. A taste of home sells all that us Brits need to knock a decent fry-up ... up! Their large range of Heinz tinned produce is enough to give any Tesco, Sainsbury's, or Morrisons supermarket a run for their money.

I do have a piece of advice for the shop – consider tweaking your SEO strategy. Including 'UK' or 'British' in your shop name could do wonders. It's essential for ensuring that when people search for British food on Google, your wonderful store pops up. I only wish I had known about this place sooner! It would have saved me so many cravings. Second, shopping experience, shelves stacked with random products, priced all wrong, narrow aisles, many shelves seem half empty. Third, price. It’s not cheap. But fair enough. Just would have been nice to actually feel good about spending money. A greeting and and offer to help would have gone a long way. As it is you walk in to a dark store, with terrible visual merchandising, nobody greets you until it’s time to pay and grab your money.
