Horrible, unprofessional,and disrespectful company. They don't have any value for their clients,and they try to do their best to humiliate you. I ordered a lamp,after 3 months they told me they will ship it in the first week of August,then no news until September,and after my email they said it is not their fault,they made me cancel my order and after they said because I cancelled,they can not offer any discount as a compensation. I also bought another lamp from their webpage,it had a discount,then after a week they sent me an email saying that the price was wrong on their own webpage,and I should pay more or just cancel my order,and they don't accept any sort of responsibility as it was an honest human mistake.

Late deliveries (2-months late!), made a hole in my wall while installing a string library, sent parcels to the other side of the city and had to go myself to pick that up. If you pay attention: asking questions, they don't know anything about the products. All positive feedback (funnily only form "Local Guides" which seem never to buy anything) is only about the products but they are just a reseller, use them as a showroom, but order then from the stores directly. Saves you so much trouble.
