One word: Horrible, This is why: No respect or concept of social distancing, no provision of hand sanitizers anywhere around the store, no concept of controlling as to how many customers should be inside at any given time to avoid over crowded space like in many other shops where they mention how many customers should be allowed inside to maintain social distancing.
This particular Carrefour didn’t care or follow the safety SOPs. Staff wasn’t available and people were shoving and pushing near the checkout counters.
Very poor design in respect of entrance and exits, the store has back alley entrance where there is no guard posted to check the temperatures of customers. Most of the customers just walked in from behind and entered the store without being checked or given gloves.
The staff was roaming about with their face masks pulled down to their chins, customers were roaming about without gloves or without using sanitizers as their are no sanitizer stations as one would now see in many public places.
I would request rather urge the Carrefour management to please look into this and send an observation team and make the necessary arrangements for the safety of the customers, Also enforce the SOPs for customers as well so they don’t become a...
