Co-op Food - Crail - High Street — Local services in Great Britain

The worst co-op and possibly the worst store in all of Scotland. It's cramped, dirty, boxes are constantly lying around. Incompetent, intolerant staff: a month ago, I accidentally did not scan the product, I returned-they scanned it with dissatisfaction. Today, when my friend was not sold cider, just because she showed a Russian passport, the cashier woman did not give a specific reason for refusal, it was clear from her face and speech that she was just uncomfortable communicating with Russians.

Was staying in a wee lodge 5 minutes from this coop. Mainly leaving a review due to the customer service i recieved from the gentleman with tattoos and longer hair. He was extrmeley polite and well mannered. We were having difficulties with our phones trying to get signal, but he was extremely patient pleasant and helpful.

Anyone paying by Bankcard MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT BEING OVER CHARGED AS COOP IN Crail is bad for it they have just done me out of 15 pound .They are bad for this .And customer service is terrible.
