Rainbow Shops — Local services in Aiken County

I stop in here almost every month. I come in so often one sales lady called my mother and I 'regular customers'. Once you go in you have to look closely and carefully at their selection. At a store like this you can't just buy anything. A lot of their clothes are geared toward the youthful crowd and having words and saying on their clothes, but great pieces can be found if you have time to search and look through the merchandise. The prices are pretty cheap as well, so it's basically a win-win situation. At any given time there will be great sales going on with out of season clothes or clothes that haven't sold as quickly as others. The saleswomen are always friendly and greeting you at the door when you enter. You can find great deals on jewelry as well. There is usually a buy one get one 50% off on the jewelry. Once again you have to carefully separate the good stuff from the junk. They also have fragrances in front of the register that are 3 for $10. They are knock off of popular fragrances. Again, choosing wisely is the key. I found a great fragrance called Sexy Bomb I think is the knock off of a Victoria's Secret fragrance. It smells wonderful, you wouldn't know it was a low end fragrance. Checking out is always quick and easy unless there is a line of people waiting to check out as well. On a day of shopping, this is a perfect place to find deals and good pieces if you are in the mood to look, but if it's a shopping day you are usually in the mood to search and find...

I hate to do this but when I first walked in the store, there were 2 young girls who greeted me and was so pleasant the entire time I was shopping. These two ladies Brandy and Candy…. One was so loud and obnoxious until it was ridiculous. One talked about the younger ladies and should be an example for those young ladies. One girl said she had just made prom queen on last night. And she looked so sad. I did my best to make her smile by congratulating her. Some people are just nasty and rude for no reason. There was another lady with braces who was really nice and was more like a mother to the two younger girls and I could tell they were comfortable with her. Someone please rescue this rainbow from these two miserable women before y’all lose a customer. Nobody wants to shop around that...

I went into this store tonight and had a HORRIBLE experience with Bailey. Supposedly she is a manager....shameful if she is because she lacks Training as well as Maturity. The entire time she rang up my selections she was on her cellphone. Never once bothered to engage with me until it was too late. I allowed her to ring up everything and even bag it up then proceeded to tell her to RETURN it. It was then that she Finally got off of her phone. These half dressed untrained people need to do better.! Her little counter mate needs to get a clue too. Bailey you definitely made sure that I will not return. One star is simply because I couldn't do less...you don't...
