Botched. I had to get my fiancés ring repaired and they completely altered it. They gave it back in a different size even! The head was cracked and not properly soldered together with the band. Initially I was happy but after further inspection of the ring my now wife and I realized it was not that great.

Also, the ladies that run the store act as if they know everything and they’re kinda cocky about it. They don’t seem to have the best attitude...

Then, when I had some problems with it, they tried to resolve it. When it was clear that the problem was continuing, I was issued a full credit for the ring and ended up buying a similar but larger band. Always pleasant and cheerful, it was a totally positive experience working...

I needed a stone changed in my ring. I live in Boyertown and my local jeweler treated like a was bothering them.
