PrePlayed — Local services in Ashwaubenon

Ok so two weeks ago my children wanted to go on there end of the year field trip and I work 12 hour days with finances that are very tight right now’ so my 9 and 6 year old son asked if they could temporarily loan there God of war PlayStation for pro Limited addition that they got from their grandfather who passed away. I said yes and I brought it to Preplayed to loan it for them. I got $125 I told the man I would be back in a week or two to pick it up for my children and he said OK. Little did I know when I went back two weeks later I was told they don’t loan things and that I had to buy it back full price. I told the owner of the store I was made to believe I would be able to pay the $125 I got ‘ back with a fee. The owner refused to work with me. I told him the system is very important to my children and that I don’t haveThe over $200 that he wants me to pay. I begged him to please have a heart to please help me put a smile back on my children’s face. He said we all have children and he has bills that need to be paid. I could not believe what I was hearing. This man would not work with me at all he offeredTo take $10 off the price of $240. Which is nothing When I’m A single father and I pay all my bills by myself. So now my children’s pride and joy it’s gonna be forever gone because the owner of Preplayed refuses to work with us and has no heart. Shame...

I visit Pre Played often, but I don't go too often. One of the reasons I don't go too often is because some of their prices are kind of high on their video games, even higher than online prices. It's always kind of smelly in there because of all the pre-owned stuff that came from god knows where. Would it kill them to have an air freshener? Some positives about the store is they have a nice price on everything in the music and DVD section, just the right price. I prefer buying CD's at Pre Played because the prices are way lower than iTunes or other music store prices (Exclusive company) which is a huge bonus for me. The staff is nice, but they usually only interact with you if you are buying something. Which is fine, because I prefer keeping myself to myself. Overall, great store and would recommend that...

Terrible service. I went in there to buy a console, headset, and a game for my son. We waited in line for almost 15 minutes while customers were ahead of us, which was understandable, they were fairly busy. A line started to form and another clerk who was previously wandering the sales floor, finally decided to start helping ring up customers. I was clearly in line, and before I knew it he had started to motion people behind me over and help them, leaving me standing there as if my money was not good enough. I said something and I was COMPLETELY ignored as if I was invisible. I put my items down and took my son across to Best Buy and bought him his Xbox One, headset, and games over there.
