EDIT: DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!!! This place has hit a new low. I Tried to transfer my medication to another Walgreens and this pharmacy is closed apparently due to understaffing without notice. I spoke with the store manager to find out when Iād be able to get my medication thatās being held hostage and was very rudely told ātheyāre closed,byeā and had her try to hang up on me. I told her to wait and tell me when I can get my medication and she said in four days, but didnāt seem confident. Honestly this is more than incompetence itās actively dangerous.
They forget to give me some of my medications. They say they have my medication in stock, then tell me they donāt. When attempting to get a ābridge prescriptionā when my doctor didnāt send them in on time, and of course they didnāt have them in stock, they had me calling other stores, which because Iāve never done a bridge, I did. Turns out itās their job to call, and the other pharmacist was shocked they made me do it.They offered a partial refill on one medication they didnāt have a month supply of, so I could have my meds that were already late, and neglected to inform me I canāt pick up the rest until after a specific date. Thereās always a line, and always other customers having issues as well. Iāve never had a pharmacy thatās been this unorganized, had my medication this badly managed, and caused as much aggravation. Unfortunately with the change within the pharmacy itself alot of things have suffered. I'm sure they are trying to get more help. Lee has ALWAYS been respectful and did everything he could to rectify a situation. What a blessing that particular store has. Considering the overturn and the area that man has held his ground. I want people to know face value you would not understand if your not a customer for years. Based on experience with this store and his ability to handle and address situations that are difficult he is AMAZING. I'm hopeful the pharmacy side will get a leader that is more in tune with the needs of the customers in this Area. Tatiana a employee who use to work the floor and now is a tech she is kinda stuck. She doesn't have what she needs to successfully help people. So she takes the heat. Which is totally unfair. Hopefully there is a change coming. I have faith in the management. The person in front of me had asked her if it was possible to split the cost of their purchase between 2 cards. She rudly states only if its EBT. So they then ask her to re-ring the items and do two separate orders when she proceeds to grab my items. I stop her by covering my item that she was trying to grab telling so she stops ringing and sais she was refusing to provide service to me because she didn't like the tone that I spoke to her in. er subordinates are no. When I openly asked if anyone else could help me the cashier replied that she didn't want to get involved. She then refused to provide a phone number to file a customer complaints and refused to provide her supervisors name. When I took out my phone and started recording the intereaction she said she was going to call 9-11 because I didn't have the right to record her.
This is by far one of he worst walgreens I've ever frequented. I'm not sure what is worse - the meth addicts hanging out in the parking lot or the poor customer service.
