Please be careful with attempting to do a submit to PSA through this GameStop location in aventura mall. Everyone from in-store clerks, to district manager are the worse of the worse! I just went through one of the worse experiences in my life! I paid 95$ for a submit, 9 days past and there was no update on the app, I contacted the store and the clerk told me the only person that was âtrainedâ to do the submits to PSA quit on them out of nowhere. Mind you, I just dropped off 6 cards valued at 2,000$ ungraded, my immediate thought was this employee saw my cards and said hell with this and decided to quit and take my cards. The clerk stated over the phone they donât know what to do now with my submit, got aggressive over the phone extremely unprofessional as I told them to please cancel my submit especially since my cards were still at the store and I felt my cards and their values were at a huge jeopardy. I went back and forth for days trying to retrieve my cards, I called PSA directly and spoke to a supervisor and they stated there was no reason for GameStop to withhold my property. I arrived that same evening to the store while attempting to speak to GameStop rep over the phone who stated they would be able to talk to the in-store clerk for a resolution. As I arrived so did the district manager, I explained to him the situation, he arrived with boxes to unload with a fellow worker. But of them started screaming at and threatening me to stop looking at them crazy, and they would âgive me my cards backâ the district manager went to the back office where the cards were stored, came back out to the store and slapped all six cards on my hands aggressively. It wasnât even worth my energy to deal with these miserable individuals. But the crazy part about it, if it was the other way around I can only imagine how these unprofessional no manners no morales individuals would have reacted.    Read moreJust happened 5 minutes ago. I went into gamestop looking for 2 switch games. Found them, waited 20 minutes on line until the cashier called us over. Then our cashier was helping out another cashier looking for the game that I already had in possession. I over heard them that they had 1 left. He saw ours on the counter and took it until I told him it's mine I took it off the switch game wall. He told me that his customer has been looking for it but it's a complete lie since that game was out in the open where all the switch games are. They started too look for the game again then the other short cashier took my game and told us that my cashier is looking for the game. This idiot just lied to me straight to my face after I heard him there tell our cashier that there's one left and the game I waited on line and another 15 minutes while they were looking for a game that didn't exist. The guy there on 06/22/23 sold me a super Mario 3D world pre-owned disc and I also paid for the warranty, specially because this disc was pretty dirty (very visible). I asked him if he has another disc and he said it was the last one. I went home and it didnât work. The frustration of my 7 year old kid and me was GIANT. Fortunately I paid for the warranty. A day after, I did a trip again to te Aventura Mall (pretty far from city) and claim for the warranty and be refunded but surprisingly the same guy as before put a label on disc as âdamagedâ or something and gave me another disc! That was not the last one! That was very unfriendly from his side not to offer me another disc when I asked for that because that one was very dirty (and possibly damaged). By the return day I had already ordered a disc from eBay. So I am in the hassle of stopping momentarily that shipment just to see if this second disc works.
