I like the clothes but the experience at checkout spoiled the whole trip. There were 2 employees in the store and 2 customers. One customer was ahead of me at checkout with a few items and the employee checking her out was taking 30 seconds just taking a hanger off the sweater... it does not need to take that long. The other employee was nearby and totally could've hopped on the other register to check me out, but didn't until I stood there for 5+ minutes and finally spoke up and asked her to check me out. Gabby and Sophie at the Bangor mall store were so helpful Even though it was actually supposed to be solved by customer service, And their hands were tied to an extent.. they both helped out tremendously and didnât let me leave the store until my issue was solved. They even Printed out a FedEx return label for me and packaged up what I needed to send back since it couldnât be sent through the store. I give them an A+ for friendliness and service. Thanks...

The cashier named Summer was so rude, had a sour expression, nasty tone of voice and just overall obviously did not want to be there. Didnât say hello or ask how we were doing at all, she only spoke when trying to sign me up for the rewards program. And I get that itâs part of their job but thatâs not the issue.
