Forever Under Twenty Boutique — Local services in Bell

My sister brought me to this boutique since she was a regular customer, but after today's experience, we will not be returning. I tried some pants on, I took a small and a large since I am a medium, but they did not have any mediums in the colors I wanted. As soon as I walked out of the fitting room, an employee approached me and didn't even ask if I was taking any of the items she just went ahead and took them from me. I sat down as I was going to purchase a few items and I was waiting for my sister to step out of the fitting room. She had already been rude when I tried to try on a white mesh shirt saying “We don't allow people to try on any white shirts”. My sister offered to bring another color so I could try it on and she quickly said “We don't allow any mesh shirts to be tried on, it's a store policy”. I was okay with it as I respect their policies. The situation quickly escalated when she asked why I wasn't taking any of the pants. I never said I wasn't purchasing any, she just assumed. I told her the small one didn't fit and she quickly said “That's what I thought” so I was confused she then said, “It's just a coincidence that you tried it on and it now has a hole, I'm just saying”. I told her the pants didn't even go all the way up when I realized they weren't going to fit so I took them off. She then proceeded to say “Why would you take a small and 2 large, it's common sense”. I told her she was being very rude and her response was “You can leave, I don't need your business”. I'm glad she doesn't need our business, but maybe she should work on her attitude, there was no need to be rude for something that wasn't even damaged and will most likely be back out on her sales floor. Unfortunately, I did not get to take a picture of what she described to be a damaged/hole in the parachute pants. I hope my review can help other customers when choosing...
