Really bad service went to purchase a PlayStation 4 Pro over the phone told I had to come into the store to pay for it get into the store pay for the PlayStation 4 Pro all they wanted me to do was sign up for they're special promotion stuff when I'm not paying for that they take my money they cancelled my order the next day they don't message me they don't call me I called them on a day after I was supposed to pick it up the find out what was going on the guy says he has no information on it my order has been cancelled on the 16th when I ordered it on the 15th my money never got put back on the card they gave me a 1-800 number to call none of them speak English there is no supervisor I get a virtual gift card and I was told I have to wait 3 days for mind you this is the 23rd if they cancelled the order shouldn't the money have been put back on there by now they waited for me to contact them the guy in the store hangs up on me so for people later at the 1-800 number I get a virtual gift card supposedly in 3 days but she wouldn't read back my email I told her so not sure if it's actually coming to my email or somebody else is I don't suggest going to the store I don't suggest anything about this store this is a really bad place their customer service is horrible I will update if I get my money back in 3 days o wait it's a gift card even though it should have already been there if they canceled my order on the 16th seeing that it's now the 23rd very upset that they could not contact me they don't even offer compensation or an apology they just tell you they don't have any information on it I don't suggest buying anything through them I really think an employee just...

I go up to the checkout counter and they say "we don't do this deal anymore." The lady worker there said nothing can be done and after I attempted to check out, she went to take down the sign. I bought the pro membership before leaving with a gift card I got for christmas. They tell me that I have to wait for 24/48 hrs before the 5,000 points ($5 dollars off my next order). He claimed loudly to my fiance that the Xbox “smelt like cigarettes” but when I stepped in and told him nobody in our house has ever smoked cigarettes quickly turned around what he said. We had to stand there for 30 minutes just to get help. We took the Xbox to a different location and they were extremely nice and had no issues with the Xbox.
