Called store in advance for an exchange on a misshipped product (new PS system shipped without game included- game should have came with system) from internet and a repurchase on a new PS system with game included for Christmas - Berea store was close to me that had system.
Store employee gave verbal go ahead for exchange; drove from Somerset, Ky, (45 minute drive), to store. Upon arriving to store SAME store employee that gave verbal confirmation for exchange declined exchange - said she misspoke when giving confirmation. She confirmed her decision with her district manager with phone call with my son and I present in store.
I then traveled another 25 minutes North to Richmond, KY, and made exchange. Richmond was very understanding with the situation and completely worked to make it right...
Somerset and Richmond, KY, stores are great to deal with.

I looked for about 10 minutes before asking the employee who did promptly inform me they don't have any. And probably won't get them. This is a gaming store.... It's GameStop for crying out loud.
