GameStop — Local services in Bridgeport

I have the best shopping experiences in this store. At one point, I would not shop at a Gamestop, but at this location, the staff have made me a loyal customer. They greet me by name when I walk in and one young lady, Rachel makes it feel like Cheers (the tv show) by remembering my interests and making me aware of specials on things she knows I'd like. Just this evening she made sure I got some very limited stock Amiibos. If I were a business owner, I'd feel confident with her as the face of my business. Brandon, the location manager is always engaging customers, including myself with insightful knowledge of consoles, games and the entire industry. When I'm there, if he's not talking to me, he is usually engaging someone else and making them feel valued as a customer and as a person. Seeing "bundles" with consoles and games that actually cost me $.03 more than the items individually can kind of rub a person the wrong way at first, but the staff at this location has kept me coming back again and again and the PowerUp Rewards program has rewarded me time and again with $15 here, $25 there. I'm a very happy customer. I've included pictures of my experience in the store this evening. The staff was kind enough to indulge me for the enjoyment of my kids, who could not attend a midnight release on a school night. I would rather go to the gamestop in clarksburg or Morgantown than the game stop at Meadowbrook Mall because there semi helpful but the customer service is not that great there only reason they get a 3 star is because there getting better than when I first went there because I would gave the a 2 star for overall because I called them on the phone one day and it was the manager I believe speaking when they finally picked up it was answered like this Gamestop what you need. Usually when you call any other came stop its usually answered like this thank you for calling game where did you know if you trade in... Or the new hottest game is.... Usually the other game stop are way way more helpfully than the Meadowbrook one recommended is you got technical question call or go to the one in clarksburg and if you got capturing question computer basically harder question the people in Morgantown usually are really smart and know what there talking about and doing and they got a 5 star rating they would have had a 4 but mud on the floor was kinda difficult to deal with when it was...

The manager Denis called a customer a b** with a store full of children while she was walking out of the store, then he proceeded to talk about the situation on the phone afterward cussing and carrying on with all the children still in the store.
