Buyer beware. I tried to give this place a chance but have been burned too many times to not post a negative review. I understand their "as is" policy and can respect it for the most part. The problem comes when items are mislabeled when listed in the auctions. I understand I am buying items at an extreme discount on most occasions, however when an item is listed as new or listing the items as not missing parts and they are. I get that people make mistakes and with the shear volume of products this place puts out on a weekly basis mistakes are bound to happen. My gripe is that a "mistake" has been made on almost every purchase I've made from here. Some small, some big some more costly then others. For example one of the first purchases I made was a starlink system that was said to have all parts but when I got home the power adapter for the unit was nowhere to be found, tried to call but no one answered so I just took it as a loss. The system literally comes with 3 parts and has a spot for each in the box, if it was properly inspected, someone should have noticed the missing piece. Another instance was a pricy leaf blower with a 40v battery. The item was advertised as tested but upon arrival the battery was dead and would not take a charge. Obviously the item is not under warranty so I had to buy a replacement battery that pretty much negated the discount from the auction. The last straw was a pair of insoles that were listed as open box "display" but usable. Upon inspection the insoles have extreme wear and someone's footprint on the insoles from heavy use. This wasn't a mistake, this was someone not bothering to inspect the item and listed it. I actually sent an emal to the company about this last item and never received a response from them. Long story short I buy from several similar auctions in the area and it is known that you are taking a risk when buying anything from them however the rate of losses from this particular auction has been noticeably higher then any of the other ones. I gave this place a chance even after getting burned by their sister auction in San Antonio and getting banned for leaving a negative review and having an "attitude " The auction has alot of great items at a great discount on some items but for me the risk is not worth the reward anymore. They have also recently gone from a 1 dollar an item "bidding" fee to a 2 dollar an item fee on top of the %15 % premium, which is more common for these auctions. They are the only auction I know of that has this additional bidding fee that makes it harder to save on the lower priced items.

Staff has always been nice so no problem there. I understand I could have also come prior to the auction to inspect the items I was bidding on so it is part on me for not doing my due diligence and coming to see what I was bidding on prior to buying. It just seems unreasonable to come before every auction to see the items and inspect them instead of being able to trust that the items will be sold...

First time buying from them. They have a ton of rules but then don’t follow own rules of when they are open. Supposed to be open for 10 to 2 today. Was waiting with 3 other people before 1 pm everything was locked. No one was answering phone. Just wasted an hour and today is the only day I could have picked up items

Addendum I’m amazed at how many positive reviews they got yesterday 4 bad ones in a row now today numerous positive ones just magically pop up. Something smells fishy. Very fishy. Actually the owner has the same name as a person that left a positive review coincidence I think not.

Addendum. Positive review same exact name as 2 of the owners Javier and Colton isn’t that a little suspicious? Been 9 business days from when I was sent an email from this company and still no refund. I’ve submitted a dispute with my card and a complaint on BBB as well I don’t think in my 43 years I’ve ever had to file a BBB complaint until buying something from liquidation AUS

Addendum 15 business days from when Tyler D. said Tyler the owner said I would be getting a refund. Another owned Colton S. Said my refund has been processed in his end but I asked for a picture showing this. Text thread has been silent since then. He was also gonna check with global no feedback from him on that either. The more time they take the more bad reviews they are gonna get. This is ridiculous!

Addendum Going on 20 business days from when this business told me I was getting a refund with no refund yet. My credit card company has also tried to contact them with no success.

Addendum: My credit card company cannot get a call back from them either they deliberately don’t return calls or fix their mistakes to open up a dispute with your credit card they will stall probably take me 3 months to get back money that’s rightfully mine.

Addendum: The BBB closed my complaint because liquidation Aus never responded to their communication requests they are also not responding to my credit card requests.

Addendum: Still waiting

Addendum: 9-6 tried picking up auction items 7-12-25 during their operating hours they were closed 3 other people were there as well. They are stalling on refunding my money. They are not returning calls from my credit card company. This should have been an easy refund if the company would have been reputable but these guys are not my hope is other people don’t buy from them so many better businesses that stand behind their mission statement and have integrity. Liquidation AUS doesn’t and their other location is the same!

Addendum 9-9-25 They are not responding to my credit card company they have reached out and cannot get a call back from Liquidation Aus.

9-19 still waiting for this company to call my credit card company back so i can get refunded my money. Do not buy from them. They are not an...

Terrible service. Does not care about customers who are international. When inquiring about shipping to Canada, Colton was very helpful. So I bid on an item after feeling confident in this company. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there. I have told Colton and Tyler that USPS may have lost the item as there are no updates for over 90 days. I was told a case was opened with USPS but USPS told me otherwise. I am not getting any response from emails or messages left. Extremely poor business practice. If no one is going to help find the missing package then I want a full refund, including shipping cost since they have not done their diligence to try to help locate the missing package. I really wanted to trust this company but they continue to let me down. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. Maybe this review will prompt some communication from...

I won an auction for a Keurig that this company sold advertised as NEW. When it arrived, it was the WRONG model and was NASTY USED. See pics for details of the invoice, the PLUS model advertised and mentioned on the box, but the non-PLUS model that shows up when you register the serial number on the Keurig website. I emailed them back but of course they are not answering emails now. COMPLETE SCAM
