Our experience from the start with one of their designers was top-notch....until she left to take a position elsewhere. Maybe she knew something and that could have been our first sign that our relations with the store would change for the worse. Two very large orders were delayed and communications with the store were less than satisfactory.

Then we learned the the store WOULD NOT honor our Key Rewards for the purchases and Raymond, the store Manager failed to return our calls or followup after several emails. The only exchange I did have with him early on was negative when he came off elitiest scolding me for threatening to cancel our order by saying, "I have customers who spend $80,000 per day in my store and I can't worry if you cancel or I wouldn't be in business very long."

Here's my advice. Visit their beautiful store to see the inventory in person and then save yourself the hassle by ordering online. The offers and promotions are the same and you won't have to deal with folks like Raymond at the store level.

Lets be honest. In 2019 you only go to brick and mortar retail when customer service far outweighs buying online. You won't find that here as long as Raymond is managing the operation. They will close eventually because WS won't put up with the nonsense. Chuck Williams would not be happy since he was all about in-store customer service and a Titan within his industry. Let your lap top do the buying...
