GameStop — Local services in Canton

Went in today looking for a copy of a game. Haven't been there in years. The person told me they don't get copies of "indie" titles even tho the damn company isn't an indie developer and the game is plastered all over the damn store. I then asked if the person can look and see if any other store had copies. The person said "no, we can't do that." And started yapping about how the system works. I said "okay" multiple times while trying to leave already knowing what they were saying was BS. I'm halfway out of the store and the person says oh there's a copy at dressler with no plastic wrap and 62 with plastic. I ask if the one is cheaper because it's been obviously opened and the person says no. Then goes on another speel as I try to leave.

There was a customer ahead of me who stated that they never picked up a preorder and never got his money. The same person glazed over that shit and asked if they wanted to renew the rewards card. Like at least refund the guy 😂

I went in there Wednesday November 27th approximately 3:00 p.m.. when I first went in nobody greeted me it's like I was invisible. I even sat down to look at games I mean I had to end there was a lady that walked right over me and that worked there blonde hair and glasses never said a word to me. Then she says hello to the UPS guy delivery guy then I've checked out a game. She says hello finally. She tells me that the game is rated them and she has to check my ID that's never happened ever at GameStop. I asked her if it's policy but I didn't know what she said. I'll never go back to the GameStop she was weird to me treated me real bad never greeted me or anything it don't bother me I just have to put a fair review about it. The lady that was working today the best way I can describe her glasses a sweater blonde hair it looked like working at the register today she was working November 27th at approximately 3:00 p.m. today. I may even report her...

I love GameStop. All EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE. Every time i go there is a problem with this lady. The cat eared lady is so unpleasant to talk to she’s just rude as hell. I went n needed a new controller bc I have warranty to do so I just pay for the difference and go on my way I’ve been doing it for almost 10 years. Not with her she says they don’t to that… why would I buy the warranty then. I get a new controller after showing her she is in the wrong which doesn’t help the situation then the used controller I got is NASTY WITH FOOD STILL ON IT FROM LAST PERSON. And still has the old batteries in it so you can tell nothing was checked or cleaned before it was put into bag. Buttons are sticky I’m so annoyed I’m going to another GameStop to trade it out.
