First and fore most, their ads implied, a large amount of many items,Wrong! It's basically a place rent to sell over priced junk! Me and a friend seem to attract, what I can only assume security, felt as if I were being looked at every step. Picker own items were for the rich, a small sofa $600.00. Their electronic section is a laugh, granted a whopping 3 day guarantee is better, then nothing, shows no faith in a used product. I will never waste my time again. How they stay in business is beyond me!!!! Once again followed by employees. Were both clean cut feel like, they think were, not to be trusted!! I went back to check out new vendors, it was a hot day, the store was extremely warm. I, was, asked if, I needed help twice in less, then 5 minutes, once more time, I would have left. There seems to be little to no trust. If, you want to be followed and in my opinion not helped, but harassed, visit. If you want, to look around in a comfortable way, don't visit, Pickers Paradise!! I forgot, how safe is the building? When I see insulation, hanging, water spots all, over the ceiling, and several areas of the floor a fall waiting to happen! I, honestly wonder, if the building safety department, is aware?? I went with a friend on October 31, 2020, masks required, no problem. However, I believe the cashier is the owner, has NO MASK, another guy, behind the desk No Mask. I have to wonder, does this new way of life, apply not to You?? Your own message, on your door, MASKS REQUIRED, but doesn't apply, to you. If, you have a medical condition, I will say I am sorry! However 2 behind the counter, just doesn't apply, WEAR A MASK! I, will not return, I value my life, until you try to protect your LOCAL customers, and I thought it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got a bunk bed and 1 mattress, $338 aprox. I used their leasing and figured I should be about paid off. Little did I know, I will be paying more than DOUBLE the actual cost by doing this. I had no idea I had gotten my self into a LEASING SCAM, Like Aaron's and the like. I thought they were a legit leasing furniture store. No it was not explained to me at time of purchase. Yes I signed everything, yes I received email confirmations and such. The biggest problem here is: I TRUSTED the situation. Apparently, had I paid it off in the 90 days, I wouldn't be sitting here frustrated with an apparent horrible deal. Transparency folks, it goes a long way. Thanks for nothing. I was planning to go back after we got moved, I most certainly will not be doing that and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family "the reality of this option" in hopes they too do not make the same mistake. My husband I along with our children, are raising, with no financial help; 2 of my sisters children. I thought this was a viable way to provide beds for them. Instead, it literally is taking...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I purchased a dinning table with chairs in early December. Pickers Paradise delivered and put together. A day ago, one of the chairs broke. About 3 weeks later the chairs were very loose and off center. I called and the woman I spoke to said she needed to look up the paperwork and call back.
A male called and spoke with my wife. He gave her a hard time that we had the tables and chairs over 2 months and it wasn't a manufacture defect. He couldn't find our paperwork and basically said he wouldn't honor the defect. My wife continued to complain and was told we would have to buy replacement chair.
The table and chair should be under warranty, the male should have provided better customer service as he spoke to my wife rudely and cut her off. They don't honor their items and treat you rudely if you try to explain the...
