Winn-Dixie — Local services in Central

Winn Dixie is a great shopping experience. It is the closest store to me now. I always know where things are in the store. My granddaughters love it. The candy isle and drink isle are there favorite. I love the fresh fruits and vegetables and the seafood is always fresh. It is a clean store. They have everything I need there. The deli is just great. The people in the store are so ready to help. I did not understand my points system and a customer service employee explained it to me clearly. I can't understand why they closed the one nearest my subdivision on Plank Rd. I believe all Winn Dixies have plenty customers. There is always a need to be filled in a grocery store. Oh did I mention the bakery and the meats. They are the best. They have the best discounts on meats. Thank you for keeping the Central Winn Dixie open. I feel safe when i go there at night or any time of day. Oh we got our Thanksgiving Turkey free! My daughter needed a flu shot and the Turkey any size was free. They have wonderful bargains like that, always trying to help their customers out. Sorry, I just had to...

Ive been shopping at this location for years, but lately things have taken a turn for the worst. There are always fruit flies in the produce section and the organic carrots were dated best by 6/2/24, and were still on the shelf 6/9. Salad kits are always turning brown. Moreover, a few items are never available. There is never any Campbell’s chicken noodle-o’s, Bush’s canned refried black beans or lemonade-flavored vitamin water zero. I can find these items elsewhere, but prefer one-stop shopping like it used to be at this location. Not sure what’s going on, but it’s so disappointing. This has been my favorite Winn Dixie in town. I past several Winn Dixies to shop at this one because of the great produce and availability of products. But, the pharmacy is HORRIBLE! And, the sad part, it is only one employee who makes the pharmacy problematic. However, the one star goes to this pharmacy employee with the worst customer service AND the managers of the store and the pharmacy. I shared my concerns with both managers who obviously thought I was just interested in a counseling session. Customers share their concerns with managers to get results.
