Horrible experience. I’ve been shopping here for about 5 years now. I used to love the other person that used to work there, his name was Ron. I’m not sure if he still works there. I don’t think so I haven’t seen him. But the guy I’ve seen the last 2-3 years is just horrible. Everytime I go in he’s there and he’s always rude. He never wants to answer questions about any games or anything. He’s just super rude and negative for no reason. I don’t know his name, wasn’t wearing a name tag. But he was chubby and tan with dark hair, also with a nasty looking man bun, not trying to insult but it looked and smelled like he hadn’t showered (it was a 95 degree day but they have ac.. still saw sweat stains). Anyways I’ve gone in here a lot and a few times for trade ins and every time he told me he couldn’t do trade ins. The last time it was because “his system was glitching” and the time before that it was because he opened at 10 am and I was there at 12pm. He said “don’t come in for trade ins this close to open, how am I supposed to keep money in my drawer” and I said that I was sorry, I didn’t know that there were specific times I could do trade ins. Then after I said that, he completed my transaction and kept giving attitude for no reason. Yeah today was my last day ever going to this location again. He gave me attitude on the wrong day.. so yeah.. try to avoid at least that worker.. you can tell who he is by the greasy man bun.. he doesn’t wear the name tag regularly cause i never see...

First time card trading in experience went AWFUL. I walked in a little before closing because that was the time I was able to get off work and get there In time. I walk in and ask “it’s my first time wanting to grade a card, no sure how to go about it “ he then responds with “ you know we’re about to close right” I said “my bad, I will just come back another day”. But then he’s asked me if they’re all sleeved, with being a beginner sports card person I said “yes”. He goes no problem as he processes to put the gates up, after they are all out, he tells me they have to be penny sleeved. But then when I buy them and I try putting them in. I’m ruining my own card and he’s not aloud to show me. Then why make me buy your card sleeves and not tell me you guys are closed to...

Bought a Xbox one x brand new from the box, the controller had a drift in it as soon as I hooked it up.. so I went and returned the controller for a new one out of the box and that one also had issues holding a connection wirelessly. So I returned the controller for another brand new controller out of the box.. within 2 days the right bumper would not work and has a drift to the controller.. i am very careful with my devices and equipment however, 3 controllers one of witch came with the Xbox did not work..
