I was looking around to shop for a birthday gift for my mother, and she took all the time and patience to work with me to find the perfect gift which my mother loved so much and Narda was so kind to take the time to wrap my mother‘s birthday gift very nicely and paid attention to every single detail put into wrapping my mothers gift. Her actions on going out and beyond with her overall customer service ethics I knew that I owed her to go back to the store to personally in person to thank her for all of the help she provided me and with the amazing updates on my mom loving her gift. I HAVE NEVER EVER WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE BUT I HAVE TO NOW I WENT IN TO THE STORE IN CROSS COUNTY 5/5/21 LOOKING FOR A MOTHERS DAY GIFE I KNOW LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINUTE BUT I MET A YOUNG LADY NAMED LIZ WHO WAS AMAZING THE STUFF I WANTED TO BUY WAS NOT IN THIS STORE SO SHE WENT ONLINE FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AT 3 DIFFERENT STORES SHE THEN HAD EVERYTHING RESERVED FOR ME THEN SHE TOOK ALL MY INFO FAXED AND FORWARDED ME THE PAY LINKS...THEN THE NEXT DAY SHE CALLED AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AND MADE SURE ALL WAS GOOD THE ONLY THING IM SORRY ABOUT IS THAT I COULDNT BUY IT THERE AND FOR HER TO GET THE CREDIT FOR IT....THIS YOUNG LADY TOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A NEW LEVEL IF SHE EVER NEEDS A JOB ID...

As soon as I walked into the store, a chubby guy dressed very nice looked right at me and never said a word of greetings to me. When I addressed him for ignoring me he just looked away!! I called the store after I walked out. I worked for Neiman Marcus where customer service was EVERYTHING. If you don't greet me I will spend my money elsewhere. What a shame. Shame on you.
