Very very poor customer service knows nothing of vape mods,juice,different coils etc.... Should not be behind the counter imo. Has to call manager to check anything and not to mention 30 ml and 60 ml bottles BOTH the same price and almost 26 bucks. Definitely not going back, and told me the juice was a strawberry watermelon flavored "Drooly" by bad drip, and when I got home it was grape I can't stand grape I definitel would not of purchased it if she told me the right flavor....and u know FDA cant do nothing once it leaves the store what a joke
Response- Accurate to what was told to me by your employee I didnt see prices anywhere for juice and what about telling me the wrong flavor and also telling me that coils are only sold by the box and not singles when there was sharpie writing on the boxes That read 3left,2 left etc... Completely different from any other vape shop ive been to and if she would have said anything about grape and not strawberry watermelon I would have picked a different new flavor try instead of what I'm used to. then to refuse a trade in because it left the store for 10 minutes long enough to smell it and figure out it was disgusting and smelled like Grape tylenol or baby medicine knowing she said the wrong flavor profile is wrong!! And that's the main reason for my 1 star I was ok with the price at the time, All the "accurate" info I received was from your employee and your store.......

Decided to switch to a mod for the first time. It was suggested I get 6 mg since I used 12 before. It made me very sick and was told probably too high of nicotine content.
