I was pleased when I went into the store to purchase my first pair of jeans. Jonell was very helpful. So I decided to come back with excitement I purchased three pairs of pants. Two came home with me and the other was ordered and was to be shipped to my home within 3-5 business days. Well 3-5 business days came and went so I decided to go to the store for assistance(11am) The young lady stated that my package went to another state (MD) and she would look into it and call me back . Around 7:30pm I realized I had not received a call so I called. Jonell answered the phone I shared with her my situation and requested a update. She basically told me when the order is shipped it is my responsibility to follow my package. Problem is when you order in the store no tracking number is provided and nothing was communicated to me that I needed to follow the package. I explained to her that she should have said this when I ordered she said she will tell corporate office my suggestion. I am extremely disappointed 😔 I was sure this was my new favorite store. No more! FYI she tells me my package left the distribution center in Columbus at 3pm. Question where is my package isn’t 7pm. She gave me my tracking #. I am so disappointed.

Confirmed with corporate that you do not need to create an account to shop at EVEREVE. Upon checkout I was asked for a number by Lisa. I told her that I did not have an account. She asked if I had shopped at EVEREVE before, I said usually online and a few times at the Easton location. She said that they create an account when ordering online; I know this is false, I check out as guest and have never been asked to create an account at Easton. I gave her the number and she asked for a first and last name. I said I was not interested in creating an account. She said that she needed the information to process the transaction. You do not need this information to process the transaction and I suspect she used the information to create an account, because why would you need it otherwise?...

I spent nearly $100 on a tank top that I wore only once and washed and dried according to the directions and it shrunk to the size to fit my 2 year old. When I went in to return it the store manager took it to the back, ironed it and came back and said it was generally the same size as original, which it was not at all but they told me to “go home and iron it more.” They’ve lost me as a loyal shopper & I’ll be cancelling my Trendsend box too!
