FYE — Local services in Columbus

Honestly the only reason my husband and I go there, is for the collections of funko pops they have. However the sales reps are terrible.. they aren't friendly we are never greeted when we walk in. The other day I called and asked for 3 funko pops to be put on hold and we would be in to get them the day. Paul said okay and supposedly took down my last name and that was the end of the call. We went in yesterday and when I walked up to Paul and said I had called in the night before and put funko pops on hold.. he looked at me and was like oh yeah... uhh umm I think they might be back there maybe... okay 1. I called the night before to have you put them on hold. Do your god darn job buddy! Plenty of people would kill to have your job if you aren't willing to do it!!! Then I called this morning to see when the shipments were coming in... well he got annoyed and said it depends we don't have a set time normally late afternoon.. I said okay thank you I will call then he didn't say anything I said have a good day... and I got a click... how about some customer service? No we don't have that in the world anymore... hmm okay. Maybe my business will be taken...

Hello! I’m the current store manager for FYE at Tuttle mall! I just wanted to say hello and share a bit about our store while replying to some comments. We have been around for a long time but we are going strong!! Don’t count us out yet! Haha!

Addressing some of the comments! ☺️ -Our corporate sets pricing and also makes the decisions on what we get in our shipments. We do get shipments once a week but we don’t know what we are getting and cannot specifically order any items. -Returns can be done with a receipt and/or if you are a member or use an e-mail (we can find your receipt that way) If you don’t have a receipt it is company policy that only an exchange can be done or a gift card will be issued. Any damaged product can be exchanged for same item, open or not, if we have the item to replace it.. we will work with you and make things right. This is the way it has always been. -Yes we have a membership and yes it is a free month trial. We explain everything at the register and make sure you don’t have any questions. It is not a scam 🤷🏼‍♀️

During my recent visit to FYE, I encountered an employee whose enthusiasm for retro gaming immediately stood out, thanks to his eye-catching green Intellivision Video Gaming shirt. It was like stepping back into childhood! We chatted about classic games, and he was incredibly helpful, offering insightful advice on choosing between two equally priced brands. I won't say what brand I rejected so as not to trigger any diehards for that brand, but I will say it rhymes with Pony. Lmao, just kidding. I didn't buy or reject that brand. Anyway, it was an awesome experience and a nice store. Good to see them still...
