I am writing this because I am beyond frustrated. I purchased a used game from your store, and it simply doesn’t work. I’ve wasted my time, my money, and my patience trying to resolve this.
I’ve now come to your store twice, during the hours clearly marked as “open” on Google Maps, only to find the doors locked and a lazy handwritten note saying you’re out for “lunch.” Who takes lunch breaks and leaves a whole store closed during business hours—twice?
I don’t have endless time to chase you around. I have a tight schedule and made time specifically to fix this, and each time I’ve arrived, the store has been closed. This is ridiculous.
You’re selling products that don’t even function, and then you’re nowhere to be found when someone needs help. It’s unacceptable. You clearly need more staff—or staff that takes their jobs seriously. This isn’t how a professional business should operate.

I asked about the Spider-Man PS4 Pro listing they had online because it was showing limited availability in this store. The guy tells me that it's on hold for a pre-order customer and not available to the general public. After asking if it's available in other stores, he says the only ones left in stores are defective returns and pre-orders being held for customers.
Terrible service, terrible company. Totally unacceptable to have the phones ring 5-6 times and then say the store is too busy and to call back later. The manager should be severely reprimanded or recycled for running a terrible ship. The misleading availability of the limited edition PS4 is on the fault of technology in addition to the store for suggesting it is in stock. What is 100% on this store is the absolute failure of customer service.

Jayde - All around, excellent customer service and I know she is not going to have any problem with my complicated order and returns/exchanges. Also, very dialed in to the upcoming games and what’s hot right now. I’m still not going to buy Baulder’s Gate 3, though.
