I am extremely disappointed with this seller. I ordered a Briggs & Stratton 875 Professional Series engine, only to discover the crankshaft size was completely wrong for my application. The problem is simple: their listing never discloses the crankshaft size at all. It’s one of the most important specs for an engine, and they just leave it out.

When I raised the issue, the seller refused to take responsibility. Instead, they insisted it was my job to somehow research or “provide the model-type-series number” in advance—even though they are the ones selling the item without listing the specs. They told me flat out they will not pay return shipping and pushed the blame back on me.

This is incredibly poor customer service. If you don’t disclose key information in the product description, you can’t just shift the burden to the buyer after the fact. I’ve purchased from many sellers on Amazon and elsewhere—this is the worst experience I’ve had.

Avoid this seller. They don’t stand behind their listings, and if something goes wrong, they’ll make it YOUR problem, not theirs.

I own a mobile small engine repair business and was denied my dealer application by Power Distributors. They refuse to explain why, which I find both highly inconvenient and a bad business practice. I had hoped to offer Briggs and Stratton parts to my customers at a fair price, which I cannot do now, or even offer warranty services.

I'm a well-respected registered Briggs and Stratton master tech with 10+ years of professional experience repairing small engines. Because my dealer application was denied by this company, I'm forced to sell my customers other brand engines instead. Very disappointed with Power Distributors and their refusal to even explain why my application was denied.

My Mobile Repairman has been maintaining and repairing my Briggs & Stratton generator and lawn equipment for over a year.He decided recently to go out on his own and planned to continue using Power Distributors. He was denied! No reason given, just a flat out NO! This is not only unreasonable and disrespectful to him but to his customers too!! What is wrong with Power Distributors??
