Company sends me here for trailer washouts. I've been here numerous times and for the washout its well done. My biggest beef is with management. I've waited in line for nearly an hour just to pay at times. One time on a weekend parked my truck in the washout lane went inside to pay, waited nearly 40 minutes for the manager to show up and give me my reciet only then to tell me that they weren't doing washouts in the washout lane that day because they were short handed and they were doing everything in the wash bays. Ever think of blocking the lane with cones or a vehicle!! And the worse part is that while I was waiting two trucks pulled in for truck washes and I got stuck behind them because the manager refused to let me in a head of them. Three hours later I finally got my trailer washed out and was two hours late for my pick up appointment. From now on... its the Blue Beacon for me. Any place is better than here.
Friendly bunch, and good service. Prices are reasonable. They do a better job than some of the other "not big name", expensive truck washes. They're also conveniently located right off of the outerbelt (270 & Roberts Rd.). The only reason I gave them 4 stars, instead of 5 was, after I left, I noticed that at the rear of the frame, on the drivers side, everything was spotless. On the passenger side, some areas had been sprayed clean, other areas were not. Then, my white Kenworth mudflaps, on both sides, had hardly been touched. Also, my custom light bar, and the rear center of the frame, had not been washed. Just wish that attention and consistency had been better. These trucks can be our pride and joy, as well as a showpiece. I will return to Professional Truck Wash. These inconsistencies weren't enough to make me quit going there, and I'd recommend them. I'll just watch closer on future washes, before I leave.
Pulled into line at first bay behind only one other truck waiting and was instructed to move over to the 2nd bay.
Sat there waiting for them to open the door and get me in, while the truck that was in front of me and one other that came in after me got washed, along with 2 others in the trailer wash out lane.
Finally got in and they were done in no time at all.
Got to my pick up location an hour away and went to open my trailer doors and found one was not even latched and there were still spinach leaves all over the inside which is why I went there in the first place, to get it washed out.
Since I was getting a wash out, I figured I would get the truck washed too and elected to have the wax applied as well.
Again, when I got to where I was going, there were water spots all over the truck and it appeared as though there was no wax at all.
I'm sticking with Blue Beacon as well.
