Although you were late in arriving after giving us a time frame to arrive, we know that "jobs" can take longer than anticipated. Once your team (Mike/Brandon) arrived they got right to work, getting under the house, and finding the source of the leak, and also finding that the previous plumbing company had installed too many "P" traps in the line from the sink to the sewage discharge line. I do appreciate that they were able to locate and hopefully correct the issue with the upcoming visit. Upon arriving the for the second visit, (Mike/Brandon) got right to work. They found several issues in the crawlspace, repaired what they could under the house, then worked at removing a blockage from the sink pipe in the house. They eventually were able to remove the blockage and button up the drain. All through this repair, both men were very polite and told us how and why there was a problem and how it would be corrected. Working with George was a total pleasure! We had MGD run water lines to an outdoor shower and lower a gas line so a new stove we had purchased could be place flush against the wall in the kitchen. We first contacted George last summer - I had purchased a shower surround and thought that I would have it installed within a couple of months.
