We recently completed a renovation on our home, and working with Sweetwater Contracting was exceptional from start to finish. Tyler, the co-owner and estimator, set the tone from the very beginning with his professionalism, transparency, and thoughtful guidance. He took the time to understand our vision and offered insights that truly elevated the final outcome.
David, our project manager, ensured everything ran smoothly and stayed on track throughout the project. His organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail were remarkable. He consistently checked in, kept us informed, and made sure every aspect of the renovation met the highest standards.
Candice, who handled our billing, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always helpful, easy to reach, and incredibly pleasant. Candice handled everything with efficiency and kindness, making the entire process feel even more seamless.
The craftsmanship from the entire Sweetwater team was truly impressive. Not only were we thrilled with the results, but we also received countless compliments from neighbors and people passing by. Everyone noticed the quality of the workmanship, the timeliness of the project, and the remarkable transformation of our home. It’s clear that Sweetwater’s work stands out.
We couldn’t be happier with our final result. Sweetwater Contracting — and especially Tyler, David, and Candice — made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, organized, and enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality...
Read moreWorst experience with a contractor in Maryland. Steer clear of this outfit, Tyler and his business are a bunch of crooks. My condo association is in bed with this contractor so I was fleeced to the tune of over $12,000 for exterior siding. Sweetwater underbid the job and then flooded us owners with change orders. The siding installation and quality were the worst I’ve seen. The contractor does not even know how to install flashing. Tyler and this firm will do everything in their power to avoid liability and taking accountability of their shoddy work. See the photos, I was instructed this was properly installed. I am actively seeking resolution of this matter through the attorney general as well as the board that governs contractors. Where I’m from, business is best done on trust and a hand-shake. Do not trust this contractor because they will lie and cheat. They have trespassed on my property, ruined my living room floor due to their incompetence or intentional infliction of emotional distress as well as breached our contract and their worthless warranty. Tyler may come in for less of a price, but through deceptive practices nearly doubled the price of our contract and refuses to do any warranty work. While up front the cost may be less, you will spend more through litigation and enforcement of any deal you make with this fraudulently dealing firm. Save yourself some money and energy and go with a better more reputable exterior contractor in...
Read moreWe had a great experience with Sweetwater Exteriors!
Our HOA interviewed six contractors for a three building, siding project at Park Place in OCMD. Sweetwater 's estimate was in the midrange of the bids we received. After several meetings with Tyler, answering all of the owner's questions, Sweetwater was selected. Our HOA then issued a $12,000 assessment for the project and no additional monies were needed to complete the siding job.
My husband was one of the volunteers that acted as a construction contractor on the project and he found Tyler to be both knowledgeable and professional. My husband was also impressed with the technology that Tyler uses to photograph (Company Cam Project Timeline) each unit before, during, and after the work has been completed. If my husband had any questions about a particular unit, Tyler would open up the App on his phone could show all pictures regarding the specific condo in question.
Tyler is a hands-on owner and was on the job-site everyday communicating with his employees, quick to answer phone calls/texts, and a pleasant person to work with.
We would absolutely use Sweetwater...
