If I could give no stars I would but at least they fixed one mistake on our behalf. My mom and I had been searching for a Jersey for my dad for MONTHS and finally found it. The perfect gift for father day. We realize shipping could take 2-3 weeks and that simply would not do, so we TRY and call customer service and guess what? Only open Monday-Friday. Awesome. We order anyway and accidentally put the wrong address (our fault we know) so we call Monday to get that fixed. The CS rep was VERY rude! She was willing to fix the address but very dismissive when we asked to pay extra for expedited shipping because we really wanted to surprise my dad. “That’s not how we ship things, we do it a certain way”. Fine. The Jersey arrived today in the mail… A 260$ jersey SHOVED IN A PACKING SLIP with no protective plastic covering, but don’t you worry, we got the stickers too. Then it was shoved in our mail box. Amazon would have done better with a cheap 20$ jersey. Come on!

Worst store and customer service ever. Sadly 1 star is as low as I can go.

Just as I paid at the register (with an extremely rude larger 'lady') I saw I had made a mistake with the size of the shirt. Without leaving the store I attempted to change the size. The cashier/manager very rudly advised that because it was a sale item I couldn't swap it.

The manager then gave me a fake name when I requested it in order to raise a complaint. (I only found out her real name by speaking to another staff member).

A poor example of customer service and integrity from both Ari (manager and cashier), the store, and the brand. If this is the quality of the staff employed by the Raiders I am extremely dissapointed as a long time supporter. Recommend shopping for your raiders merch elsewhere. Anywhere.

We were looking for more selections of Raider gear while on a Las Vegas trip and while we found some at a Raider store in MGM Grand, we were recommended to come to Raiders Image and it was definitely the right choice. Their selection is large both for men, women, and children. From tshirts, jerseys, sweaters, and polos the Raiders Image had everything you could think. Even small memorabilia objects like a replica of Allegiant stadium and pins. It's a definitely recommendation for any Raiders fan.
