Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in Contiguous United States

HORRIBLE service and technician. ”Thu” the “pharmacist” and Dayanett the receptionist are completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I spoke to someone and they filled an ongoing controlled prescription of 5 years ( and multiple times before at this location) supposedly by * the only tech , reception and manager who works at this location** and was denied the medication when i called because i come from out of state, i just moved here several months ago. Without this medication I can go into shock and get extremely sick. The doctor has a INTERNATIONAL license and has ALREADY authorized this medication at this location when i FIRST got it sent. I called back and someone else filled and ordered the medicine and told me to pick it up at 12 the next day. I called the next day and the same person “Thu” who claims NO ONE else was working and the prescription was not ordered, again DENIED me the medication. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she apparently is that too and would not give me anyone else to speak to. Had my girlfriend call back and ANOTHER PERSON answered, which I was told she had no one else I could speak to. She would not give me her name, the pharmacist name, she would not look in the system for the order, she would not tell me the name of the girl I spoke to last night, she would not give me the pharmacist name over the phone, she would not do ANYTHING to justify my mysterious call log to their pharmacy and who ordered my medicine and denied me again. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PHARMACY. NASTY. SHE LIED OVER 3 TIMES. REFUSED SERVICE. REFUSED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR HAND ME TO AN ACTUAL MANAGER OR LOOK INTO MY MEDCINE HISTORY AND ORDER. I am truly DISGUSTED and IRRATE AND I WILL BE REPORTING HER, WALMART AND I WANT THEM...

I wish I could give them no stars, because they need nicer employees who don't lock the door right when you try to exit, I was literally walking up to it and the lady said with a smirk "sorry but you have to exit out the other door, store policys" she also said "if I let you out I have to let others in you understand, right?", I even told her that my car was right there all she did was repeat the same phrase to me and some other people who had to get to their cars, she then blocked off the section and didn't even let us go to the other door, all she did was stare at us until me and some of the other people had to move it out of the way, I'm never shopping there again until they get some...

I love that you can shop online for groceries using the grocery app. You just drive up at your scheduled time to the pick up area. You check in from your phone and someone brings you all your items perfectly handled when you arrive (no need to call).The best produce you could ask for. All groceries are payed. This saves a lot of time. I don't have to wait in line. I only get nice associates. The app also keeps the food you regularly buy as favorites and it makes it easy to select the next time you go.
