I was looking for some Pokémon cards, like I do at every GameStop in the area, and found what I was looking for immediately, the layout was easy to navigate. They also had a store limit for how many individual Pokémon card things you can buy per day, which is Good! Above all this and the friendly service, when I was checking out, the cashier gave me the GameStop exclusive bonus card that you can get when you buy Pokémon cards. No other location has given me these though they should’ve. He also gave me an older bonus card that was probably extra from the time those were being given out, which I really appreciated! He even asked if I owned the Pokemon Scarlet or Violet, and when I said yes, he made sure to give me a bonus code for the game. Best customer service I’ve had in years, really...

The associates are rude, criticize the customers' choice of purchases, ignore questions, refuse to even make eye contact at times, and have on occasion I've heard one of them spouting homophobic slurs. So the service is obviously horrible, and on top of that they sell busted pre-owned games, some of which clearly come from Red Box and other rental services. When pre-owned games can't be trusted there is no longer a point to Gamestop, especially when the brain-dead zombies pushing the product are rude, evasive, and disgusting people.
