I rarely come here, but my daughter needed a pink shirt for her costume. We walked in with 2 huge bags from Burlington and one of the associates was very nice to us as she danced to the music. The other associate took it upon herself to literally follow us back and forth throughout the ENTIRE store watching every move we made. She did not try to hide her disdain. We were racially profiled and I was EXTREMELY upset. It wasn't until I got to the register and took out two huge wads of $20's that she relaxed and provided customer service. If my daughter didn't absolutely need that shirt, I would've left immediately. I didn't even ask for my military discount, I didn't want to spend another minute in this store. I will NEVER come here again, I'd rather spend my money where my family and I feel respected and treated fairly. To be honest, there are better items with much better prices on Shein. On July 15 2017 my family and I walked into Rainbow to look for some shorts for my sister. While my dad and was helping my sister I decided to go look at underwear with my boyfriend. My dad called me to help find some shoes for my sister. I told my boyfriend to hold onto the underwear I picked out because I was going to buy them. The manger or employee who ever this lady was walked up to my boyfriend and snatches the underwear out of his hands and ask "what are you doing? Are you going to pay for those or steal them?" my boyfriend being the person he addressed me than let it go. Next thing I know she watching my family and I as if we are trying to steal.
