It's getting to the point where they don't open at a decent hour they open whenever they have someone in and they don't come in at a reasonable hour they come in whatever they please and they don't open the door until they're ready there is no opening at 12:00 or 11:00 or 10:00 whatever their hours say it's whenever they want to open their doors is when they're open and whenever they're closed is when they close there is no set schedule anymore apparently they're going off of what they want to do and not the scheduling to set by corporate do not come to this GameStop
Edit okay it's been about 2 years it just about since I made this post originally and yes this GameStop still has the same issue You go here at 11:00 like it says on the website and no one's there doors are locked the bars are up and there's no way to get in there's no one inside the store lights are on but no one's home it's been like this for 2 years they're understaffed and apparently there's only one staff member that actually works there most the time and he just chooses when he comes in and goes he doesn't even follow the corporate guidelines so if you come to this GameStop expect to wait hours for someone to help or no one at all sometimes the scheme stop never even...

Great service from the guy at the counter, who was patient, friendly and helpful even though I came in just before closing with a moderately complex transaction (I'd never know from his behavior). He was clearly juggling a lot of things, including pre-closing stuff and at least two calls that came in while he was helping me. I would have been kind of a mess, lol. Only complaint is that I had a really hard time getting in touch with this store to check on an item that appeared to be in stock online- whenever I called it was either busy or nobody picked up. Read moreI have never been treated more rudely or with less respect by any employee of any kind of store. I came in looking for some external memory for my PS3, and the clerk said to me, in front of other friends or customers "I'm foaming at the mouth for you." Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, he told me that I must be mistaken, because what I wanted didn't exist--despite the fact that a Best Buy employee told me they were out of stock of the item and sent me to GameStop. I told GameStop about my experience in an email and on Twitter, and I have yet to get any real apology or assurance that other customers won't be treated the same.
It's really no wonder they're slowly going out of business and shedding stores--they have no interest in serving...
