I brought my own expensive clothes in and play double essentially to have these appliques put on. They are unique to my military service. I was very excited at the thought of being able to have these remade. The first picture is what I was supposed to get of the devastating Diva medium skin tone woman. The second picture is what I got which is a mostly black woman and not even in color. I paid $20 for the designer to touch up the picture for the printing. I did not see the picture beforehand. I don't know if that's on me or not. I expected the person taking my order to 100% match everything and if it wasn't matched to then tell me so I could come see it or to send it back so that the supposed professional designer could do it over I already bought the zip hoodie for the project and I expected it to be exactly as requested. The third picture choose the word Army above the sewing line on the back when it was supposed to be below the line. Also the word Army has the front seams of the shirt ironed into the army word so there's a line that goes through it plain as day you can see it. The 4th picture is the front applique that was put on way too low instead of above on my chest. I did not expect things to come out this way. So I paid for all of the items and brought them in and then I had to pay just about full price again to put these things on. I'm so grateful to have anybody help me since all of my other stuff got lost in a flood but I still have these two shirts from 25 years ago that I took them anyway but if you were to go there, you should be very specific and particular about what you're ordering and ask for a sample ahead of time. Having somebody being willing and be nice is great if you get what you asked for and what you pay for. I'll mention also that the tan coloring of the second picture sweatshirt has no play on the color of the woman in the iron on, just in case you were wondering. That's the way it looks from the designer. He said that it was because of his picture and shadows but then showed me the picture that he took as sample, and there were no shadows. I'm not going to lie I'm disappointed and if these weren't my clothes that I already bought, I would have refused...
