Sold me a ninendo switch v2 pre owned product were the charger was falling out. When I first turned the console on the battery stated it was low then all of a sudden it's fully charged 100%. Red flag I made the purchase at 12:10pm, I never left the parking out cause I was checking everything out. I made a return for an refund immediately at 12:40ish after the store employee Hunter tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with the nintendo after he nick picked with the charger for a few minutes with some needle. No thank you! He would not give me a store credit to go buy the same product at another game stop, he would not give me a cash refund even though I gave cash as part of my payment. My full refund had to be done on my debit card which I still haven't got my refund for $257.99. I have my refund receipt but I would never recommend shopping at this location. Very shady and selling bad products. Save your hard earned money and go to target or Walmart to buy it brand new! First and last time purchasing pre owned anything especially from game stop. Gamestop employees should check everything in front of the customer before the customer purchase pre owned products. FYI

There was only one employee and he was helping the one and only customer on the store. While I understand that a single employee cannot assist the entire world at once, a simple:“hey” “welcome in” “how’s it going” or even a nod goes a long way in customer service. I stood in line patiently while he was assisting the other customer, the other customer seemed to know that she would take a little longer to shop or browse around the store to which she said “you can help him” while referring to me. Her act of kindness was nice but in my mind I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer. The employee, even after hearing that, did not look at me, asked me if I need help, or anything for that matter. Fortunately, I was only picking up an item; otherwise, the cold would have made it difficult to comfortably shop for the holidays.
