GameStop — Local services in El Paso

I've been to this specific Gamestop several times, my good experience have been with the workers and manager, even their merchandise were nice. The only problem with this store is their lack of checking if things work. I.e. checking if the pre-owned games worked or not. I've bough a game and hand held from them this past year and had to return both. My console, when trying to play the game, would only say it was loading it up, and it stayed like that for half an hour and several more attempts. The hand held, a 2DS, its port would not and could not read or accept a game you would try to place in it. What was baffling when I returned the 2DS, the worker just placed it back in its display with the other pre-owned 2DS that I don't doubt didnt work either.

TL;DR: Great customer service, but DO NOT buy pre-owned anything...

Hey everybody I'm here to let you know about Game Stop I'm many of you know what type of buisness it is but here it goes it's a local store were kids youg teens tweens go and check out there vast veriaty of games and consoles you new video games the just resently came out you can controlres pretty much any gaming system and also some of your favorite action figures heck they even carry all sorts of gift cards so you can go do a bit of christmas shopping specialy for the kids so I strongly recommend Game Stop for if not all maybe some of your gaming needs if the time and a chance stop by the Game Stop ask for carlos you get help from the yung beautiful lady clerks believe...

Had a terrible experience with the associate there yesterday. I called around 10 to ask about the Black Nintendo 3ds xl and he said they had one left. We told him we'd be going there later on. When I got there he had already sold it and told me that I should have told them to put it on hold when I was never told I could even do that or that I should have done it online even though it said "unavailable online". Probably the worst Gamestop I have ever been to in El Paso. If anyone wants great service at a Gamestop go to the one in The Fountain of Farah.
