I went into the store and waited a few minutes in line to be able to ask about a game at the register. As the gentleman was helping and looking up my game, the phone rang, he answered it, and continued to help the person on the telephone while I stood and waited. I asked him if I could use my available points he said I had 2000 but to not use any of them. He also said that I could not change my email. That’s on file that’s linked to the account that I have to call the 800 number. I will definitely be taking my business to the Evansville mall location. They are friendly and actually helpful
